Manufactured for the first time in Iran by Sad Sanat, this band saw offers high accuracy and reliable performance for cutting various metals, including non-ferrous metals such as copper, iron, aluminum, different profiles, and other materials, depending on the selected blade.

The TREX-220 Metal Cutting Band Saw operates with a single-phase power supply and can be equipped with a three-phase motor upon customer request.

  • Equipped with a blade tooth cleaning brush during cutting operations
  • Equipped with a quick-action lever clamp for securing workpieces (optional)
  • Includes cutting cooling system and machine washing system
  • Pneumatic jack installation option for automatic clamp operation (optional)
  • Equipped with saw blade tensioning jack and safety switch for secure cutting operations
  • Roller table installation option on both sides of the machine for cutting long workpieces (optional)

The Sad Sanat TREX-220 CCS Metal Cutting Band Saw is capable of cutting metals at angles from 0° to 60° and is equipped with a blade tooth cleaning brush to improve cutting performance.

Three optional accessories can be installed on this metal cutting band saw according to customer requirements:

  • Quick-action lever clamp for securely holding the workpiece
  • Pneumatic jack system for automatic clamp operation
  • Roller table on both sides of the machine for easier cutting of long workpieces
